Our Board of Directors comprises professionals from diverse fields. The board provides oversight, including ensuring that SAPCONE fulfills its mission, lives up to its values, and remains viable for the future.
Our capacity is strengthened by a diverse team of highly skilled professionals. At the program level, SAPCONE is administered by the Senior Management Team comprising the Executive Director, Head of Programmes, Cluster Manager, Finance Manager, Area Managers, Project Managers, and Human Resource and Administration Manager.
The organization has specific project coordinators and officers who provide valuable technical support. Each program department is equipped with dedicated technical officers and a departmental head who serve as project coordinators and managers.
Our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) department has an M&E specialist, a coordinator, an M&E officer, a data analyst, a complaints response mechanism, an accountability officer, and a data clerk, along with a communication assistant who ensures effective communication strategies.
Our finance department comprises a finance manager and skilled finance officers, ensuring sound financial management.
Our logistics department operates seamlessly with a procurement and logistics officer as well as a procurement and store assistant, guaranteeing efficient and timely delivery of resources.
Supporting our dedicated workforce is our human resources department, which ensures a smooth and efficient administrative function.
